Code of Conduct

We want every engagement to be productive and respectful. This Code of Conduct sets the mutual expectations between us and our clients. It applies alongside the Terms of Engagement.
What you can expect from us
- Honest, direct advice — including telling you when something is not worth doing, or when you do not need us.
- Confidential treatment of your systems and information.
- Clear scope, clear pricing, and no hidden upsell.
- Reasonable responsiveness during agreed working hours and an estimated turnaround for each piece of work.
What we ask from you
- Communicate respectfully. We do not tolerate harassment, discrimination, threats or abusive language, and may end an engagement immediately if they occur.
- Keep requests within the agreed scope; new work is scoped and quoted separately.
- Provide accurate information and timely access to what we need to do the work.
- Use our advice and deliverables lawfully and at your own discretion.
- Pay agreed fees on time, per the Terms of Engagement.
Ending an engagement
Either side may end an engagement in line with the Terms of Engagement. We may suspend or terminate immediately for abusive behaviour, unlawful requests, or non-cooperation that prevents us from doing the work. Fees for work already performed remain payable.
No guaranteed outcomes
Our role is to advise. We bring experience and judgement, but final decisions and their results are yours; we do not guarantee specific business outcomes.
